With SACO, we are launching a new residential project by Lebensraum Schweiz AG in Oberglatt in the Zürcher Unterland. Planning begins in October 2026; the architectural competition is under way.

Admicasa Holding AG has signed an agreement with RAM Swiss Holding AG, the European asset management arm of the LSE-listed Record group. Subject to regulatory approval, it provides for RAM Swiss to acquire a 50% stake in Admicasa Fondsleitung AG.

At the investors’ meeting at the Zunfthaus zur Haue in Zurich, the Terra Helvetica Anlagestiftung looked back on a successful 2025 financial year. The investment foundation is managed by Admicasa Management AG.

kade & partner becomes part of the Admicasa Group.
The Admicasa Group has announced the completion of the acquisition of kade & partner ag. At the same time, Michel Kade takes over the management of the Admicasa Group as CEO as of 1 May 2026.
