VISTA Oberhasli ahead of the building permit application.

On Birchstrasse in Oberhasli, Lebensraum Schweiz AG and stimo Generalunternehmung AG are developing seven apartment buildings. Planning is complete; the next milestone is the building permit application.

Living with a view: on a plot of around 8,200 m² on Birchstrasse in Oberhasli, VISTA is creating a new residential neighbourhood. Seven apartment buildings combine modern architecture and well-thought-out residential concepts with a special location, close to schools and leisure facilities and surrounded by unspoilt nature.

Planning is complete. The next milestone, the building permit application, will follow shortly. According to current planning, construction is scheduled to start in 2027.

VISTA is being developed jointly by Lebensraum Schweiz AG and stimo Generalunternehmung AG. The architecture is by Christen Architekten Partner AG, and marketing is handled by ImmoTrust Schweiz AG. With sustainable approaches, careful planning and a long-term view of the location, the aim is to create a living space that blends naturally into its surroundings and lasts for generations.
