1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is Admicasa Holding AG, Giesshübelstrasse 40, 8045 Zürich, Switzerland ("we"). We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) and delivered via its global content delivery network. When you visit the website, technically necessary access data are processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. These data are used solely for the secure and stable operation of the website and to prevent misuse; they are not combined with other data and are deleted after a short period.

4. Cookies and web analytics (Google Analytics)

On your first visit, we ask for your consent via a cookie banner (CookieYes, CookieYes Limited, London, United Kingdom). Only one cookie, which stores your choice, is technically necessary. Only if you consent to analytics cookies do we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited (Dublin, Ireland) or Google LLC (USA) to evaluate the use of the website statistically and improve it (e.g. pages viewed, time spent, approximate location, device and browser). Your IP address is truncated in the process. Google Analytics sets cookies for this purpose (e.g. “_ga”), which are stored for up to 2 years. You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Beyond this, we do not use any advertising or tracking tools, Google Tag Manager or reCAPTCHA. Fonts are loaded directly from our server; there is no connection to Google Fonts. 5. Share price chart (TradingView)

On the «Share» page we embed a share price chart from TradingView, Inc. (New York, USA). When you visit this page, a connection to TradingView’s servers is established, transmitting in particular your IP address, browser information and the page visited. TradingView may use its own cookies or similar technologies. The chart is embedded to show you the current price performance of our share. 6. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, company, request) solely to answer your enquiry. Form submissions are transmitted via the form service of Netlify, Inc. (USA) and stored there until we have processed them. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.

7. Subscription service (newsletter)

If you subscribe to our press releases, ad hoc announcements and financial reports, we process your salutation, first name, last name and email address to send you these communications. Subscription is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time – by email to datenschutz@admicasa.ch or via the unsubscribe link in every communication. We use a specialised email service provider that processes the data solely on our behalf.

8. Applications

We process application documents that you send us by email solely for the application process. Documents from unsuccessful applications are deleted at the end of the process unless you agree to longer retention.

9. Links to other websites

Our website contains links to third-party websites, e.g. BX Swiss, Google Maps, LinkedIn or the websites of our group companies. This content is not embedded: data are only transmitted when you click a link. The respective operators are responsible for data processing on these websites.

10. Disclosure to third parties

We only disclose personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes stated, in particular to our hosting and IT service providers, to Admicasa Group companies, or where we are legally obliged to do so.

11. Disclosure abroad

Some of our service providers, in particular Netlify, Inc., Google LLC and TradingView, Inc., are based in the USA. Disclosure to the USA is made to companies certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of standard contractual clauses recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

12. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by statutory retention obligations (e.g. business correspondence for up to ten years).

13. Data security

The website is delivered exclusively in encrypted form via HTTPS (with HSTS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.

14. Your rights

Within the scope of applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

15. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
