Project launch for SACO in Oberglatt.

With SACO, we are launching a new residential project by Lebensraum Schweiz AG in Oberglatt in the Zürcher Unterland. Planning begins in October 2026; the architectural competition is under way.

The Admicasa Group has a new development project: Lebensraum Schweiz AG has acquired a plot of land in Oberglatt and is launching the SACO project there. The aim is a new living space with a long-term perspective, where contemporary architecture, well-thought-out residential concepts and attractive outdoor spaces meet an excellent location.

Oberglatt lies in the Zürcher Unterland, close to nature and at the same time very well connected to Zurich and the airport. Around 5,000 m² of main usable floor space is planned.

Planning begins in October 2026. In parallel, the architectural competition is under way, and its result will shape the design of SACO. Site development and preparatory work will follow from November 2026 to March 2027. According to current planning, the building permit is expected in February 2028, groundbreaking in April 2028 and occupancy in September 2029.

For us, project launch means: plan carefully first, then build. We look forward to developing this project step by step and will keep you informed about the next milestones.
