Admicasa Holding AG acquires Lebensraum Schweiz AG.

Admicasa Holding AG is acquiring Lebensraum Schweiz AG, strengthening its position in real estate development.

Admicasa Holding AG, based in Zurich, announces the acquisition of Lebensraum Schweiz AG, based in Dübendorf. The corresponding agreements were signed with legal effect on 29 September 2026. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Lebensraum Schweiz AG is a renowned real estate developer in German-speaking Switzerland and manages real estate projects worth around CHF 350 million. The Admicasa Group has been working successfully with Lebensraum Schweiz AG for some time and is already developing and realising various joint projects, with a focus on the Greater Zurich area. With the acquisition, the Group has an order volume of around CHF 450 million for real estate development and realisation.

The integration of Lebensraum Schweiz AG fits seamlessly into the ongoing strategic development of the Admicasa Group with its pillars of construction, capital and pensions, and fiduciary services.
