Legally binding building permit for Riedacker Living.

The legally binding building permit has been granted for Riedacker Living at Riedackerstrasse 10 in Zurich-Schwamendingen. Lebensraum Schweiz AG is building 17 modern small apartments there.

We are delighted: the building permit for our Riedacker Living project in Zurich-Schwamendingen is now legally binding. This marks an important milestone, and preparations for construction can begin.

At Riedackerstrasse 10, 17 modern small apartments are being built that combine an urban lifestyle with high-quality living. The building is located in a quiet spot on a private road and at the same time has excellent public transport connections, with short distances to Stettbach, the Glattzentrum and Oerlikon. The offer is aimed at singles, couples and weekly residents who want to live centrally yet quietly.

The developer is Lebensraum Schweiz AG. According to current planning, construction is scheduled to start in 2027.
